This may include patching, leveling, milling, resurfacing, shoulder
work, traffic control installation, intersection improvements,
drainage improvements, utility relocations, and right-of-way, and/or

RESURFACING - This may include widening of existing pavement,
patching, leveling, milling, resurfacing, shoulder work, paving of a
portion of the shoulder, traffic control installation, intersection
improvements, utility relocation, and right-of-way and/or drainage
easement acquisitions. |

RESURFACE - This may
include patching, leveling, milling, resurfacing of the existing
width of paved road, minor drainage improvements, traffic control
installation, utility relocations, intersection improvements, and

The Administration
of these projects will be performed by the Alabama Department of
Transportation. Project 001 will be funded with 80% Federal Funds,
10% State Funds and 10 % County 2000 Transportation Pay-As-You-Go
funds. Projects 003 and 005 will be funded by 80% Federal Funds and
20% County 2000 Transportation Pay-As-YouGo Funds. |

The Administration
of the segment of the project involving Federal Funds will be
performed by the Alabama Department of Transportation. Part of the
project will be funded with 80% Federal Funds and 20% County 2000
Transportation Pay-As-You-Go Funds. The remaining segment will be
funded with County 1996 and 2000 Transportation Pay-As-You-Go Funds.

The Administration
of the construction of this project will be performed by the Alabama

of this project will be performed by the City of Mobile's
Engineering Department. The project will be funded by the City of
Mobile with a maximum of $300,000 reimbursement of the construction
