Project Description:	`R:RESUFACE These are existing paved roads that are to be resurfaced. This may include patching, leveling, resurfacing of the existing width of the paved road, minor drainage improvements, traffic control installation, utility relocations, intersection improvements and right of way and/or drainage easement acquisition.` `GDBP: GRADE, DRAIN, BASE & PAVE - This is an existing dirt road that is to be cleared, grubbed, graded, drained, based & paved. This project may include clearing, grubbing, grade, drain, base, pave, guardrail, intersection improvements, pavement markings, utility relocations and right of way and/or drainage easement acquisition.`
